Each product page provides the available specifications, dimensions and compatibility information. Where a title starts with “Compatible with”, the part is aftermarket. Where a listing is a genuine manufacturer spare, that page says so. Compare these details with your appliance before placing an order. If you are unsure, contact us with your model number.

Forma & Flux sells replacement parts and accessories for home appliances, including vacuum attachments, filters, hoses and seals. We are an independent retailer, not an authorised dealer. Each listing states whether the part is a compatible aftermarket piece or a genuine manufacturer spare.

Home Bee Appliances Ltd is registered in the United Kingdom. US orders are fulfilled by our partner, Chicago Warehouse 3PL, in Chicago, Illinois (3301 W 47th Pl, Chicago, IL 60632). We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, with carrier transit taking an additional 1–5 business days. Please refer to the shipping information shown at checkout for the estimated delivery timeframe on your order.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email. You can also check your order status anytime on our order tracking page.

If you realize that you have ordered the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to assist. For orders that have already shipped or been delivered, please refer to our Refund Policy for information about returns and eligibility.

We accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Approved returns go to Forma & Flux, Returns Dept — Client #1042, 3301 W 47th Pl, Chicago, IL 60632. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Products sold through our store are covered by the Forma & Flux 6-Month Limited Warranty against manufacturing defects. See our Warranty Policy for full terms.
