6. Returns, Refunds & 6-Month Limited Warranty

  • 30-Day Return Window: Items must be requested within 30 days of delivery, completely unpackaged, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

  • 6-Month Limited Warranty: We provide a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on all replacement parts. This covers operational defects manifesting under normal intended use within 180 days of purchase.
