Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

Where We Ship: We ship to the 48 contiguous United States as well as Hawaii.

Exclusions: Because lighting fixtures are often large and fragile, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical residential or commercial address is required.

 

2. Shipping Costs

Ground/Sea Shipping: Free on all items.

 

3. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Because many of our fixtures require careful inspection, secure packaging, and specialized transit, please anticipate the following timeline for your order:

Processing Time: 0 - 10 Calendar Days. This is the time it takes for our warehouse to process your order, perform quality control checks, and safely pack your lighting fixtures for transit.

Shipping Time: 21 - 25 Calendar Days. This is the time the carrier takes to transport the package from our facility to your doorstep.

Total Expected Delivery Time: Please allow a total of 21 to 35 Calendar Days from the date your order is placed until it arrives at your location.

 

4. Order Tracking & Partial Shipments

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped from different warehouses or in separate boxes to ensure safe transit. In this case, you may receive multiple tracking numbers and deliveries on different days.

 

5. Address Accuracy & Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout.

Customer Responsibility: Forma & Flux is not responsible for lost, delayed, misdelivered, or undelivered packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.

If a package is delivered to the wrong location due to a customer error, we cannot offer a refund or a free replacement.

If a package is returned to us by the carrier due to an address error, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact info@formaandflux.com right away so we can attempt to update it before processing.

 

6. Oversized Items & Freight Delivery (LTL)

Large chandeliers, floor lamps, or bulk orders may exceed standard shipping limits and require freight (LTL) delivery.

If your item requires freight shipping, the carrier will contact you directly via phone to schedule a delivery appointment.

Standard freight delivery is curbside only. The driver will unload the item at the curb or the end of your driveway. They are not authorized to bring items inside your home, unbox them, or clear away packaging materials. Please ensure you have assistance available to move large boxes inside.

 

7. Inspecting Your Delivery

Lighting fixtures are inherently fragile. While we pack them with the utmost care, accidents in transit can occasionally happen.

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

If the exterior box shows visible and severe damage, you may refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you accept the package, please open it and inspect the fixture within 48 hours. If the item is damaged or defective, please retain all original packaging and contact us at info@formaandflux.com with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement.
