1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package is delivered to request a return for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be completely unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation) is required.

2. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Restocking Fee: $0.00 (We do not charge any restocking fees).
  • Return Shipping Costs:
    • Customer Preference Returns (e.g., ordered wrong part, changed mind): The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs using a trackable carrier service.
    • Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If you received a defective item, a product damaged during transit, or the wrong item, Forma & Flux will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

3. Return Process Step-by-Step

  2. Receive Return Authorization: Once approved, our support team will send you return instructions and the authorized return address.

  4. Inspection & Refund Processing: Once received, our warehouse team will inspect the item within 2–3 business days. Upon approval, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

4. Refund Timelines

Refunds are credited back to the original payment card or payment provider (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments). Credit card companies and banks typically take 3–7 business days to post the refunded funds to your account statement after we issue the refund.

5. Damages, Defectives & 6-Month Warranty Claims
