Warranty Period

The Forma & Flux Limited Warranty applies for 6 months from the date of delivery to the original purchaser.

What the Warranty Covers

This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that arise during normal and intended use of an eligible product during the warranty period.

If a covered defect is confirmed, Forma & Flux may, at its discretion and subject to applicable law:

• Provide a replacement product;
• Provide a replacement component where appropriate; or
• Provide a refund or another appropriate resolution.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

• Misuse or improper use;
• Incorrect installation;
• Modification or alteration;
• Accidental damage;
• Abuse or neglect;
• Normal wear and tear;
• Improper maintenance;
• Use with incompatible equipment;
• Damage caused after delivery through circumstances outside our reasonable control; or
• Any other use outside the product's intended application.

Product Compatibility

Customers should review product descriptions, specifications, dimensions, and available compatibility information before placing an order.

Where a title starts with “Compatible with,” the part is aftermarket. Where a listing is a genuine manufacturer spare, that listing says so.

If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for your appliance, please contact us before purchasing.

The warranty does not cover an incompatibility issue where the product information clearly indicated that the product was not suitable for the customer's appliance.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Product name;
• Description of the issue; and
• Photographs or video demonstrating the issue where appropriate.

We may request additional information where necessary to evaluate the claim.

The Forma & Flux Limited Warranty is provided by Home Bee Appliances Ltd trading as Forma & Flux. It is separate from any warranty that may be offered by a product manufacturer.

Forma & Flux is an independent retailer and is not an authorised dealer. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by third-party manufacturers referenced on our website unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Third-party brand names and model references are used where applicable for product identification, description, or compatibility purposes.
