1. Order Cancellations
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your order, please review the following conditions:
Free Cancellation (Within 48 Hours): You may cancel your order for a full, free refund within 48 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet shipped.
Late Cancellation (After 48 Hours): If you request a cancellation after 48 hours of placing the order, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from your refund.
Shipped Orders: Once an item has been dispatched from our facility, the order cannot be canceled or refunded in transit, regardless of whether 48 hours have passed. If you no longer want the item, you must wait until it is delivered and initiate a standard return. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to our return warehouse. Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund for the product will be issued.
2. Returns
If you need to return an item, you must initiate the process by contacting us at info@formaandflux.com within 15 days of the delivery date. Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
A. Damaged in Transit or Incorrect Item Received
If your lighting fixture arrives damaged, or if you received an item different from what you ordered, we will make it right at no extra cost to you.
Resolution: We will provide a free replacement of the item or issue a full refund.
Action Required: Please include clear photos of the damaged item and the shipping box (or the incorrect item) when you email us to initiate the return.
B. Item Does Not Meet Expectations
If the item is in perfect condition but does not fit your space or meet your expectations, we accept returns with the following conditions:
Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping to our designated warehouse.
Restocking Fee: A 12% restocking fee (calculated from the item's purchase price) will be deducted from your final refund.
Important Lighting-Specific Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return (especially for items that do not meet expectations), the lighting fixtures must meet the following criteria:
Condition: We accept both defective and non-defective products, new and slightly used.
Uninstalled: The fixture must never have been installed or modified. Wires cannot be cut, spliced, or altered in any way.
Original Condition: Items must be in their original, pristine condition and packed in the original manufacturer's packaging with all hardware, manuals, and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made fixtures, special orders, and clearance/final sale items cannot be returned unless damaged upon arrival.
3. Return Process & Refund Timeline
Initiate: Email info@formaandflux.com within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return.
Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with return instructions and the correct return warehouse address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.
Refund Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected at our warehouse, any approved refunds will be initiated within 10 business days. The funds will be credited back to your original payment method (please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund to your account).
